please dear help me for icloud

Lasts days I has buy a phone and I use it for my Id after I reset it because I was remember that I know my id only problems I have now I can't use my I'd to my phone

Today I try to sin in use computer use Ivan log in but to phone I can't then I see to my id I did is not added to my id but I see another phone that I don't know please help me for this problem. Please
