iPhone audio options

Hi - when I am in the phone app, sometimes the speaker button turns into an "Audio" button with an additional option to use my MBP speakers. This happens even when Bluetooth is turned off. Is there a way to revert back to the traditional Speaker-phone on/off ? Thanks

I do not want to be asked to choose an audio option every time I make a call and just want to switch to speaker phone, as I usually do, and used to do, easily. I have turned off Bluetooth from my phone's settings and it still asks me if I want to connect with my iMacBook Pro or my Mac Mini. I can't turn the bluetooth off on the mini because I need it on for my wireless mouse and keyboard. Can I change the Audio button back to the old Speaker Phone default?

Speaker button The iPhone 13's speaker button has a drop down menu. The options are iPhone, Speaker, my iMac. I have turned Bluetooth off as was mention in a prior post. Still the drop down menu persists. I just want to push the speaker button and have it turn on without asking me to choose between devices. How do I make that happen?
