Messages won’t send photos.
My phone only fails to send when its someone with something other than another iPhone. Like android or something. If my send button is blue it works. If it’s green it fails to send. Just started after the last iOS update.

MMS is a carrier feature, so contact your phone carrier, has nothing to do with IOS update or Apple.
