Where are my notes I saved to iCloud

I have a note that disappeared, not in deleted, not anywhere anymore. It went missing while I was inserting and a drawing into a not using my iPhone. Out of no where, the note disappeared. When I opened Notes on my Mac, I saw the note momentarily in my Notes list, then the same note disappeared. Same thing happened on my iPad - the note disappeared as soon as I opened Notes.

I checked iCloud.com and the note was not there, however using an app called iMyFone D-Backup, I was able to find the note on an iCloud backup. To get the note back, I have to purchase iMyFone D-Backup… but if iMyFone D-Backup can see the note, it should be retrievable from iCloud… somehow.

Right? This is very strange, seems to be a bug with Notes and the Insert Drawing feature.

Open the Notes app on iCloud.com and they should be there.

These will be the same Notes you created on your iOS device, are set to sync, and is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID.
