Question

iPhone 6 loses wifi connection

Hi,

My iPhone 6 plus has started to lose connection to my sky wifi router.

The wifi shows as connected when I press the home button but then disappears and comes back after around 5 secs.

Any ideas?

I understand from your post that your Wi-Fi does not stay connected on your iPhone 6 Plus. Staying connected to your Wi-Fi network is important. I recommend using the steps from the first article listed below to refresh your Wi-Fi connection:

I also recommend using the settings suggested in this article for your home Wi-Fi network:

Hi Starr.C,

Thanks for your help, unfortunately I don’t have an Apple router, but most of the settings I can see match those in the article. Might just be an issue with the iPhone 6 or connection strength?
