Photos App causing computer to run slow and unable to edit photos.

Hey. Fist time posting. Ever since updating to High Sierra my computer runs extremly slow when running the Photos app and I am unable to do any photo editing. I have a MacBook Pro (13inch, Late 2011), 10 GB of RAM and a 500GB solid state hard drive. Ran an EtreCheck with the Photos App open and this is what came back,
