when i try to install itunes i see this window
null-OTHER, Windows 7, iTunes
That error is usually caused by a sticky copy of Apple Software Update.
Try repairing Apple Software Update from the Programs and Features control panel, then uninstall it before trying to reinstall iTunes. If it won't repair try the Microsoft troubleshooting utility mentioned in note 1 of the following guide. If it still won't uninstall you can remove all Apple components that will uninstall then use the steps in Install missing components to install everything apart from Apple Software Update.
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. When reinstalling right click on the downloaded setup file and use run as administrator. It may also help to temporarily disable any non-Microsoft anti-virus.
Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, or want to revert to an older version if the current one won't work properly for you at the moment.
Your library and device backups should be unaffected by these steps but there are links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

You repaired Apple Software Update, then tried running the iTunes setup file as the administrator? If that hadn't worked did you then went through the detailed tear down are removal advice? Typically one might expect success, or at least a different error message.

Have you run the Microsoft repair tool mentioned in note 1 below the second box?
What error message do you get now?
Have you tried the component wise method shown in the Install missing components section?

okay i tried using 7 zip to extract everything and downloading one by one will it affect my itunes from working, and do i need to update itunes in the future?? but im i am unable to downloading apple software update and setupadmin
Setupadmin is only used by the iTunes installer. When you do a component wise install you are doing the work it would do. If AppleSoftwareUpdate won't install you can live without it, but you might have to do the next update the same way.

I don't know. At what point did you remove Apple Software Update and how? It is the one component that doesn't seem to respond well to being forcibly removed. You might be able to use System Restore to take the registry to the state it was in before you removed it, then repair it and remove it from the control panel in the usual way, strip out all of the other Apple components, and then install using the main iTunes installer, running as admin.
