podcast validation

I am attempting to validate a podcast using this feed (http://www.stoneduckmedia.com/feed) but it is being rejected with this error message

Podcast artwork must be between 1400 x 1400 and 3000 x 3000 pixels, JPG or PNG, in RGB color space, and hosted on a server that allows HTTP head requests.

We are having trouble finding out what the specific problem is. We think the image is the right size and the host is fine. Can anyone help us get this done?

It is 1280 x 1280 px: it needs to be 1400 x 1400 px.
