Why is my iPhone 7 Plus crashing so often?

Re installed most popular used apps, All apps crash randomly, every few minutes of use now. Getting emails that my phone was “lost.”,

Rebooted phone, several times, no help. The phone is basically useless at this point.

Also causes passcode to be “turned on” after screen lock.
