Has anybody had issues connecting MacBook via Bluetooth to any other device?

When i connect my macbook via bluetooth to other devices such as my AirPods or any other speaker,

The problem is when i am listening music or watching a video connected via Bluetooth from my MacBook to any other devices such as my AirPods or a speaker, the sound stops for a while but the song or the movie its still playing, and after 3-5 minutes the sound is on again. Any advice?
