How to calibrate Mac battery

I work on my Mac plugged in and was told it’s not bad for my battery as long as I calibra the battery often. How and how often do I need to do that.

Calibrating a battery's MacBook Air. I bought a MacBook Air M1 two weeks ago and was using it normally, I was wondering if I should calibrate the battery ( charge it to 100% and then let it totally drain in order to optimize battery's life ) as I have heard a lot about it on Web. NB : I am on my 2nd cycle.
