If it shows twice on your iTunes account's purchase history contact iTunes support (obviously nobody on here can do anything about it) : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html (going straight to the card issuer is likely to result in the account being locked, possibly permanently)
