Huh? That sounds very, very weird. Did this come in an email by chance? If it did, DO NOT click on any links in it. To cancel subscriptions from Apple, see this article: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
It says at the bottom "select an option to resubscribe." This would seem to indicate that you don't have a subscription right now. Where did you find this subscription? Were you originally subscribed to this product, or was it a pop-up in Safari?
