Look in your extensions under Safari>Preferences>Extensions and see if there are any extensions there. If there are any, delete them. Also, go to Safari>Preferences>Security and select the 'Warn when visiting a fraudulent website' and 'Block pop-up windows' checkboxes if they are not already checked. Go to Safari>Preferences>Privacy and select 'Prevent cross-site tracking' and 'Ask websites not to track me' if those are not already selected. Clear your cookies under that same pane where it says 'Manage Website Data...'

Oh, and reset your homepage under Safari>Preferences>General>Homepage to something generic, like iCloud - Sign in. You can always change it later, but just do it for a little bit. Once all of those steps are done, you need to quit and restart Safari. If the issue persists, or if you have any questions about the steps I recommended, feel free to ask here! 🙂
