I bought my iphone 8+ last week and now it gives a black screen with loading and then i tried to press the volume up and down then to try to hold on the right one and then the apple logo shows turns on and the black screen comes again.. WHAT DO I DO?

A black screen with loading indicated that your iPhone was loading a software update. Force-restarting the iPhone with this kind of an issue is definitely not the best move. I would contact Apple Support: Get started
If you've got a backup of your iPhone, you can plug your phone into iTunes and try to 'Restore' it to the earlier backup. You could lose content such as application data through this method.
