Question: Kindle for mac on my iPad mini

I have been happily reading Amazon Prime books on my Kindle for mac on my iPad mini. Suddenly the app loads in a different manner. Nothing with download. Tells me I have nothing on the device when I know I do. iPad is running 9.3.5. Have tried deleting the Kindle app from the iPad and redownloading. Same thing. Shows up as Kindle Cloud Reader. Can read my books on my Macbook Pro and iphone with no problem but prefer reading on my iPad.

Could not find any help on Amazon..but did finally Deregister the Kindle app that kept showing up. Then downloaded the Kindle for Mac app again and registered anew and voila...works great, all content intact. Who knew? Sometimes you just keep trying things and after the 101 time, it works. Thanks for your idea and the link!
