Is it possible to switch from a US iTunes Store to the korean one, download an app, and then use the same billing credentials from the US account to make in app purchases?

Changing the App Store Region. Question: So currently, my Apple ID has a payment method that makes the region of the app store to Indonesia but right now I am living in the United States and want to change that. I know that I have to change my current payment method to do so but can I just add a payment method that comes from the U.S. and then switch the regions while also not removing my old payment method? Also if I do change it, to what extent are some apps/things removed from my phone? Will they just be gone from my home screen and I have to go to a certain page on my app store to re-download them? Does the same apply for some music I have purchased? Also just fyi, I don’t have any subscriptions so I already have that covered for the process of changing.

Using local App Store whilst traveling I'm in the USA for a month. I'd like to download apps that are only available in the USA App Store. I'm being asked to change my Apple ID payment.

You need a credit card issued in the country of the store you are attempting to use and a billing address in that country.
