Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

brand new iPad has locked me out.

My new iPad has locked me out. I used the same numeric code as on my iPhone.

Later it said that the code is used by another device.

Then it locked me out.

Apparently there is no working code to unlock.

I tried using the method apple suggested with no success.

The forced reset does not start.

Now what?
