Problem with my Cannon MX350

I have a cannon MX350 printer scanner and now when I try to scan after the new IOS release I get a message that says MP Navigator EX has stopped working unexpectedly. I tried downloading the software and drivers again but no luck, I also hit retry and nothing. There are no drivers for version 13.0

Help?

canon MP navigator and Mojave My canon MP6220 printer/scanner worked fine until I upgraded to Mojave....I found an awkward work around but the navigator EX software screen won't load anymore. Anyone else finding this problem or better yet, a solution? Thanks

Canon Navigator EX no longer running after High Sierra I have a Canon Pixma MP990 that I now use only as a scanner. I have been using the Navigator EX 3.0 software supply by Canon. But after updating to High Sierra, this no longer works. (Here is part of the error report generated when it crashes when I try to open it: Application Specific Information:*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[NSImage setNumOfRow:]: unrecognized selector sent to instance 0xfb2c870')I have tried downloading more recent versions of the software provided by Canon, but none of them work with the MP990.Any suggestions as to what to do to get this to work? It was a good scanner interface.Thanks in advance for your help.Kent

Canon scanner not working after Big Sur 11.5.1 update Hi, I can not use my Canon MG4200 scanner since the apple software update. I get the following pop up. I have done many un-installs etc tried using image capture etc nothing will allow me to open the scanner. I have downloaded extra drivers, I have talked extensively with Canon support. I can use the printer to print just not scan. The scanning function does work and I can get it to scan through the canon app on my iPhone. I was able to scan before this update and then literally overnight was unable to scan with this pop up coming up. I am the only user of this MacBook and am the administrator. It is a home computer so I am also in charge of the network. Any advice?
