I can log into iCloud and I can obviously login here but I get errors when I attempt to use iCloud preference pane, FaceTime, iTunes or the app store.
iCloud preferences = This action could not be completed
FaceTime = An error occurred during authentication
I'm on 10.13.3 but not the suplement update.
Any ideas?
updated with the 10.13.3 update, but no change. I was able to trash some pref files so I don't get asked to sigh in so often but still no go with actually signing in with any apple applications.

no Facetime
no Messenger
no iCloud drive
but I can loginto iCloud via the web interface and that all works perfectly
and my iPhone 7 works fine
so the issue is related to the mac os itself
