Whenever I disable something in settings it automatically turns back on

I was wondering why every time I disable something in my settings, then I back out and go right back into it the same thing I disabled it now back on. Is this a bug? I just got the IPhone 7 Plus like 4 days ago.

'Auto-lock' setting is disabled, but my phone is not in a low-powered mode Hi there. I met a situation a couple of days ago when the 'Auto-lock' setting became disabled and set to 30 sec. At the same time, the phone is not in a low-powered mode, so standard recommendation doesn't work. Could somebody please help me with that situation?
