I have a rose gold iPhone SE in 16gb and I really want to upgrade to a 32gb before they stop selling at the apple store. If i were to trade in my iPhone SE for in-store credit, how much it would it be to upgrade to the 32gb?

Apple doesn’t take trades in per se. They will give you a gift card if you recycle the device. You can find the value here.
My bad, you’re right, but Trade up, trade in, recycle, tomato, tomahto, isn’t it all really the same thing? Or am I missing something. When I check the value of the OP’s phone through Brightstar, the value is the same as in the trade up program.
I'm sure it can be sold privately for more than Apple's or Brightstar's offer. But when I was ready to get a 7+ I traded in my 5S just to save hassle.
Heck, I'd buy a used SE for more than Apple's offer 😉
