How to screen record

My iPhone 6 will not let me screen record even with iOS 11

Hi there,


I hope it can help this possible solution:


Solution #1: Remove Screen Recording from Control Center, and Hard Reset Your iOS Device

Step #1. Open Settings app → Tap on Control Center.


Step #2. Tap on Customize Controls.


Step #3. Under Include, tap on the red button to the left of Screen Recording.


Step #4. Now, you have to force restart your iOS device. To do so on your iPhone 5s, 6, 6s, 6 Plus, iPhone 6s Plus, or iPhone SE, hold the Home button and ON/OFF button at once.
