iMessage not activated

can anyone help me since ive change my phone number , iMessege cant be activated i can use it send and receive but by using my apple id not by my new phone number how can I activate it using my phone number

Have you added the new phone number to your Apple ID using the link below? Have you gone to Settings and enabled the phone number?
