Disabled Apple ID

My Apple ID is disabled and I’ve tried anything - resting my password, turn the two factors security on and it still disabled

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled. You can also obtain help via this link. https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
