Double charged

i was double charged by apple. I bought an ipad and a keyboard and they charged me the total and then also the key board. I cannot find a person to talk to . The order number are inly for business hours monday to friday. I have now cancelled my order but i am not sure whether they will release both payments.

On April 12 I received the Apple Pencil and they debited the money from the Apple Pencil, instead the iPad is still processing and they have not debited the money.
