I can’t download game pigeon

I have tried everything I can possibly think of to download game Pigeon and it still won’t download what can I do

what happens ? can you download other apps ? have you tried to restart the phone ? Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I can download every other app except game pigeon. It’ll ask me for my password I type it in, it starts loading then stops. I reset my phone, signed out of my account logged in again. Still can’t figure it oht
