ve lost outgoing swoosh with mail, and only get vibrate on incoming mail since latest update.
Haptics and sounds say sounds are on and are audible when tested. Nothing is muted. Please help!
Anf fix this form too. No communities offered to select!
Mail doesn’t have a preferences or a general section in ios 11.2.6. On iphone.
But, in sounds>mail the swoosh is checked and the default swoosh is audible. Nothing is muted.
Notifications are all OK. This is a new problem since the update.
Go to Mail > Preferences > General > New sound > choose a sound.
Be sure that Systems Prefs > Sound is not showing as muted. Tick the box.
