How do I switch off group email threads in the outlook app

I am using an iPad Pro 12.9 and desperately trying to work out how to stop emails being grouped together in a thread when using the Outlook App. I appreciate some people like this function, but at least give people the option of opting out. It’s grouping critical disaster alerts together and it’s making it really difficult to determine which alerts have been read and dealt with. I need to switch off grouping immediatel, as it could have serious consequences. can anyone help me please?
