iTunes Not Syncing Ringtones That Have Similar Titles

I create ringtones using Audacity and often make multiple ringtones from the same song. If I try to sync a ringtone to my phone and there is already a ringtone named after the song (i.e. Borders), then the second ringtone won't sync. Is this a bug or is there a setting I can change?

I know that if I name them something different they will sync, but that didn't happen when we still had a Tones tab. For the love of God please bring it back!!
