Stop iTunes from auto playing

1) How can I stop iTunes from playing the next song when I only want to play one and have it stop on my computer?

This happens when I’m in the album view or iTunes plays whatever it wants randomly after the song I’ve chosen is finished.

2) When I plug my phone through usb into my car, it starts playing shuffled songs automatically. How can I stop this feature as I don’t want iTunes to play automatically choosing shuffled songs?
