Keybpard imprint on screen

Hi there, I have a Macbook Pro 2017 I am very pedantic about the well-keeping of my Macbook and I have noticed that the keyboard imprints on the screen. It annoys me despite consistently wiping the screen. I have always kept it in a proper hard cover protection and there isn't anything that suppresses the cover. In South Africa, we do not have an official Apple Store but just authorised resellers, What is Apple's reaction to the problem - is this problem covered under the warranty?
