Question: Unable to get app

I am trying to download the Mi Carrefour app to use with my Carrefour el club loyalty card on my UK purchased and registered iPad Air 2 device. When I go to the App Store I get the following message, Account not in this store. Your account is not valid for use in the Spanish store. You must switch to the UK store before purchasing. When I hit change store a message flashes on screen saying cannot connect to store and then the App Store appears, but when I search the store the App isn’t found.

Any suggestions anyone ?

To use the Spanish store you must be in Spain with a Spanish billing address on your account, whilst you are here in the UK you can only use the UK store. You could try contacting the developer and ask them to put in the UK store.
