Is it possible downloading for Mac El Capitan the file for return receipt request for mail?

Good Morning, I need to know if it is possible installing a file which gives me the information the recipient has read the mail?

My Mac is old but has been upgraded to OS El Capitan

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
