It says my I phone has been disabled

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support

if it says wait for an hour, then wait and try again..

otherwise, connect it to your mac or windows computer which has i tunes downloaded.

open itunes and once the system identifies the phone, then just follow the steps it takes u through.

U might as well check the support option in app;e service online. ther must surely be some FAQ stating a problem similar to urs..
