Universal Clipboard Stopped Working iOS11

Universal cut and paste has stopped working between my 2016 MacBook Pro and my iPad Pro 2. I know that continuity is correctly configured because Handoff works just fine — I can handoff websites and phone calls etc. It's just the clipboard that won't work.

I have done the obvious restarting of all my devices, but to no avail. Latest hardware, wifi is same network, bluetooth in range, both on same iCloud account, everything else works fine.

Take the next step of Resetting your iOS (iPad):

User troubleshooting follow the 3R's- if a restart does not solve your problem proceed

1. restart, ie power off/on,

2. reset http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1430,

3. restore from backup, restore as new device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414
