I try to add music to my phone and they never add. I just see the iCloud logo appear and then if I try to download it it just spins. And if I look in my music library it is not in there. I know for sure I’m not the only one who has this problem because the same thing happens to my brother.

I’m aware of this and if I don’t make sense in my comments, I apologize, I’m tired. But the app will not allow me to add music to the library on my phone. I’ve got at least 8 songs I’ve tired to add and download onto my phone from within the app and it does nothing.
I had to fully reset my phone for it to work again. Make sure you creat a backup before you reset it, if you chose to.
Apple Music is not a music storage service, it is a music streaming service.
