I assumed that you had multiple accounts as you asked which email address. How have you subscribed to it ? If via your iTunes account and if it's not being recognised in their app, have you looked on the developer's website and/or contacted the developer about it ?

Yeah via iTunes. I did contact Spotify and they said November 2017 was the last payment they received so they told me to contract aople to see another account is being linked with my payment.
