I understand that voice during calls is breaking on the other person's end. I have something for you to try.

I suggest testing the microphones on your device to make sure that it isn't an issue that's originating from your iPhone.

Get help with the microphones on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Does this happen with every caller or just this one specific person? If this is an issue with one specific person, and that person has an iPhone, you may want to have them try the steps in this support article: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker .
