Question: Issue with Apple id on iPhone

My apple id is locked on my iPhone, no mention of security issues. Can not update apps. Have reset and changed password on MacBook and iPhone but still says 'Your Apple id has been disabled' why? and what is the remedy. thx. No issues with my mac book's passwords.

You have an iTunes Billing issue.


This can only be resolved by calling support and asking for iTunes billing.
