How do I retrieve a note in iCloud back up

I inadvertently deleted an important note 3/2 my last iCloud backup was 2/27 how do I find the note in iCloud.

iPad, iOS 5.1.1, shazam wont work with ios 5

Check the deleted folder within Notes.
