Dates in Text

I noticed that whenever I type a date in, or when I post something that has a date in it, the date automatically turns into a hyperlink to my google calendar. This is sometimes annoying. For example, if I am trying to create a blog post, any date in my post creates a hyperlink to my calendar. This requires me to edit the post and delete the date and retype it, so it does not hyperlink. Is there any way of changing this so that hyperlinks to my google calendar are not automatically created?
