Fixed by restoring iPhone from iPhone settings. Then logged in to iCloud and activatied iCloud music library then restoring to backup. Afterwards I logged in to iCloud and activated iCloud music library and there you go.

1. Do a complete Back up of your phone on iTunes
2. Erase content and settings from phone
3. Set up iPhone as new and enable ICloud music library
4. Restore back up
5. Set up again
6. Listen to music
