My Apple Watch won’t work help me please

I have a Apple Watch and I lost it for some time and I bought a new charger from Best Buy and I tried to use it but all I get a a charger cord with a green lightning bolt on it. But as soon as I take it off it shuts down completely and won’t turn on. It also won’t let me reset it I don’t know what to do

My Apple watch series 6 shows it's charging but won't actually charge. My Apple watch series 6 shows it's charging but won't actually charge. I kept it on the charger for 24 hours with it showing the green lightning bolt on the screen but as soon as I took it off the charger, it just kept switching back to the red lightning bolt and won't turn on. Won't force restart either.

Apple Watch Series 6 won’t charge it displays the time next to a green lightning bolt when it is on the charger. If I take it off the charger the bolt turns red And then goes black. I’ve tried leaving it on the charger over night and it didn’t charge. Just kept showing the time and bolt. I’ve also tried forcing a restart and the Apple logo won’t appear. I know it’s not my charger because it does the same on my mothers charger. And my mothers Apple Watch also charges just fine on my charger
