How can I get Apple to unlock my iPhone 6splus?

I need to use my iphone that was purchased through a carrier network however after going overseas and returning I am having a problem to use the carrier network or my iphone itself. How can I get Apple’s assistance with this.

If your iphone is carrier locked, only that carrier can unlock it. Contact your carrier.

Apple can't help you. If the phone is carrier locked, only the carrier it's locked to can legally authorize unlocking it.
