Why PLEASE INPUT SECURITY VALID INFORMATION?

I did not forgot my password i just cant signin because of this two-factor authentication code. **** i lost my phone(one and only trusted device and also register number inserted)

I bought new iPhone but i cant sign in using my old apple id.

Im so exhausted trying to troubleshoot this problem regarding on my Apple ID Recovery.

I want to provide more information specially credit card. But this system wont let me proceed!! I actually input a valid security information in expiration date and security code, but still “PLEASE INPUT VALID SECURITY INFORMATION”

Wew how long should i wait.

But in my PC window 8 i was able to sing in using old apple account in ITUNE apps only.

I try to change my registered number to a new one but i cant, billing information decline again.i tried to input new credit card but still the same. Maybe i have unpaid?
