Please help. My Mackbook pro with high sierra or stuck at loading screen at almost 95%. I m not able to login by safe mode, have done disk utility first aid and reinstalled OS but same thing happen. There is my important data inside.
Please help. I m getting frustrate using apple product.

What model? That may make a difference as to what recommendations might be made. Some have removable drives, while other models don't.
Sounds like there might be a corrupted volume that isn't properly fixed by First Aid. That typically happens if a drive is improperly shut down. Usually it can self-correct, but when it doesn't it can create a problem that First Aid can't fix and that sometimes doesn't even show up as an error until something just doesn't work.
Access to another Mac might help a lot, especially if it can access in Target Disk Mode.
