Watch Cellular radiation level?

I’m getting a strange pain in my wrist from wearing my Apple Watch. Does anyone know the radiation/omissions levels from the watch?

No, it’s not caused by the weight as I have one watches before and I have a very light aftermarket strap on it and it’s the 38 mm. I didn’t have this problem when I wore the 42 mm without cellular

unlikely, cellular have not really be proven to be a problem and that is testing with it being close to the brain rather then a joint, the power of the transmission of cellular signals are many 1000 times less powerful then the transmission of fm radio and broadcast tv signals we been living around for give take 100 years.
