you cannot change the storefront information for your account at this time i get this message when i try to change my itunes country. i have been to China for sometime and now returning back to Pakistan but it wont let me change my country even tho i want it to be changed. how can i fix this issue. i dont have any outstanding balance with itunes i need to get this fixed asap because i cant buy anything right now. please help me

I cannot change region Hi, I can't change region/country in account. Receiving a message saying 'you cannot change the store front information for your account this time.' I have no subscriptions or outstanding payments. Thanks for the help

Can not change appleID country and region i can’t seem to change my appleID country or region, every time I try this message comes up “you cannot change the store front information for your account at this time”

Requirements for change are in the article below.

Region - Change your iTunes Store, iBooks Store, or App Store country or region

If necessary, contact iTunes Support. Scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link.
