Iphone x, se 7 plus freezes with my apple account

just bought my new iphone x couple of day ago, everything seems to work fine till i tried to configure it with the new setting from ios 11 wich allows you to configure one phone from from another, in think that the settings haven’t finished and all my devices connected to this email adress started to lose service and to freeze in settings menu, if i tried to sign out everything works just fine, as well everything works fine with another apple acount,

all ready spoke with apple consultants but they didn’T solve the problem yet, is kinda frustrating becouse i cand use my icloud acount
